The starting fee includes a seven-hour block of time for the event, access to our historical residence, setup and teardown of tables and chairs, outdoor lawn and grounds usage, use of our lakeview scenery, a bridal and groom's room, Lakeside Venue Facilitator, and security/parking attendant.
